Suntree office opening soon

Dr. Ross Clevens expands his practice to Suntree

As the demand for noninvasive components of facial plastic surgery grows so do the increased demand to open a third office location in Brevard County for Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS and The Center for Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Clevens is Brevard’s only fellowship-trained and board-certified facial plastic surgery specialist. Dr. Clevens specializes in nasal, facial and eyelid plastic surgery rather than plastic surgery in general to provide his patients the best in specialized care.

At a time when the economy appears to be unstable and even falling, evidence supports that Americans want to look good, no matter the climate of the current market. According to The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, sizeable increases in injectables for patients ages 40 and over included Botox (3.6 million procedures, up 13 percent); hyaluronic acid, i.e., Restylane and Juvederm (912,000 procedures, up 33 percent); and Radiesse (156,600 procedures, up 129 percent).

“People are really embracing the injectables-Botox, the fillers, the minimally-invasive skin treatments, acne treatments, laser-hair removal, and photo facials,” explains Dr. Clevens. He adds, “Cosmetic enhancements are becoming increasingly acceptable and commonplace for people across most income brackets. It used to be the province of the ‘rich and famous.’ That is no longer the case.”

Currently Dr. Clevens runs offices in both Melbourne and Merritt Island and is now expanding to its newest location in the ever populating and bustling town of Suntree, FL. The 1,000 square foot office is located within OMNI Healthcare’s new Suntree Healthplex at the Center at Suntree. Dr. Clevens states, “The new office will allow us to offer a full range of services and provide post-operative care to Suntree-area patients following their surgery. We can now offer patients care at whichever office is closest to them.”
