Lori is a Board Certified and Licensed Physician Assistant with 20 years experience who relocated from Naples to join Dr. Clevens and his team. She brings over 10 years of experience as an aesthetic injector and adds surgical and general medicine expertise to the practice as well. It is her goal to complement the work of Dr. Clevens while combining her artistry and wealth of aesthetic knowledge.
Lori’s unique ability in aesthetic medicine is to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that enables her patient to achieve their aesthetic goals. She particularly enjoys developing relationships with her patients along their journey.
Lori specializes in injectable services, including BOTOX Cosmetic, Sculptra, Restylane and Juvederm. She also perform laser treatments to address fine lines and wrinkles, red facial veins, brown spots, and unwanted hair.
Outside of work, Lori enjoys the weather and an active lifestyle. Lori is an accomplished runner, participating in triathlons and also loves bicycling. She and her husband have twin daughters who are also medical professionals.

Brian Benson, PA-C
Licensed Physician Assistant specializing in Age Management
Brian brings over 10 years of experience as a surgical PA and First Assistant. Brian views his role as a Physician “Extender,” providing exceptional care to the patients of Dr. Clevens and his practice.
While born in Livingston, N.Y., Brian considers himself a Floridian, having moved to the Orlando area in the 8th grade. He graduated from Lake Mary High School, attended Florida State University where he received his Liberal Arts Degree, Florida Atlantic University where he received a B.S. in Psychology, and finally Nova University where he received both a B.S. in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master’s Degree in Public Health.
Brian enjoys cosmetic, laser and reconstructive surgery and is thrilled at the opportunity to further advance his expertise. He has a strong interest and unique expertise in age management and anti-aging medicine.

Christina Nickson, LME
Licensed medical aesthetician, Master Makeup Artist, and Waxing Expert
Formerly of Boston, MA, Christina joined the staff of Ross A. Clevens, MD’s IMAGINE Medispa in August 2011. Christina has been providing Exceptional quality services to her clients for over 20 years. She offers a full array of services including deep pore cleansing facials, medical grade peels, and microdermabrasion.
Christina further provides non-surgical services for anti-aging and skin tightening, such as Pelleve and specialty anti-aging facials. She closely monitors all post-operative surgical patients and administers treatments to drain the lymphatic system and decrease post-operative swelling. With her commitment to excellence and her ability to provide her clients with the latest technology an advanced skincare products at The Clevens Center for Facial Cosmetic Surgery and The IMAGINE Medispa, Christina is excited to advance in her career and meet and care for our patients.
