There are many steps to the consultation process:

STEP ONE- Scheduling your consultation

In order to make your dreams become a reality, you must take the first step - contact us to make an appointment for your private consultation with Dr. Clevens and his knowledgeable staff.

The cosmetic consult is an important step in the process of considering cosmetic surgery. We understand more than anyone that a cosmetic consultation can be seen as an intimidating or daunting experience. Because of this, we take special care to ensure that our patients feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible in a professional, yet friendly atmosphere.

The goal of a cosmetic consultation at The Center for Facial Cosmetic Surgery is primarily to educate the patient about the procedures available to address their concerns, the process of preparing for the procedure(s), and the recovery period involved.

A consultation at The Center for Facial Cosmetic Surgery generally takes 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival, you will check in with our front office staff, and fill out all necessary paperwork. This will include a brief health history, giving Dr. Ross A. Clevens the information he needs to determine that you are a good candidate for elective surgery. Prior to meeting Dr. Ross A. Clevens you will have the unique opportunity to browse our Cosmetic Library where you can learn first hand about the procedure(s) you may be considering.

STEP TWO- Meeting with Dr. Ross A. Clevens

Next, you will be introduced to our patient care consultant, Tammy. She is experienced in beauty analysis, image consulting, and cosmetic surgery. Tammy will personally take you through the consultation process which includes state-of-the-art computerized video imaging of our patients who are considering cosmetic procedures. This state-of-the-art video imaging offers you a visual image of yourself before and after having your selected cosmetic procedure(s). Tammy and her assistants are available to answer all your questions and show before and after photos of actual patients of Dr. Ross A. Clevens.  Our staff is here to help you and to guide you through your facial surergy. 

You will then meet with Dr. Ross A. Clevens in a private, comfortable consultation room where you will spend time communicating your specific desires and wishes. Dr. Ross A. Clevens will examine you and give you his advice based upon his experience on how to best achieve the results that you desire and your new look.

AFTERWARD

After meeting with Dr. Ross A. Clevens our patient care consultant will discuss cost with you. Tammy will ensure that all your questions and concerns are answered. You will receive a precise fee quotation that you can take home with you that day.
