This lovely woman underwent a gastric bypass and lost a significant amount of weight. She was then unhappy with the appearance of her arms. I performed a full brachyplasty (armlift) with extension of the incision down the lateral chest wall. In addition, I performed liposuction of the lateral chest walls. These post op photos are very early and you can see how pink they are. As with ALL scars they take a year or two years to mature.
