This well build mom with minimal body fat had very little breast tissue but significant excess breast skin. The combination of an augmentation with implants that keep her proportionate and a breast lift gives her a very nice result. You'll notice the wide distance between the breasts. Unfortunately, this could not be improved upon due to the insertion of her pectoralis muscles.
