This lovely woman underwent a breast lift and augmentation 10 years previously. She was unhappy with her 375cc implants and breast sagging that she was developing. In this breast implant revision surgery, I exchanged her original implants for smaller, low profile implants (to fill the upper pole of the breast) and did a small periareolar breast lift.
