This was a very difficult case of tubular breast deformity. Both breasts have the tubular deformity. However, the left breast deformity is worse, it is a larger breast and has ptosis or sagging. I performed a breast augmentation using the same size implants. The lower poles or lower halves of the internal breast tissue was opened up to allow it the expand over the implants. Finally, a left breast lift was performed. Due to anatomic constraints I wasn't quite able to lift the left nipple areolar complex as high as the right. However, I think we ended up with a really nice result.
