Skin Procedure Guide

Heredity, sun exposure, smoking, and an unhealthy diet can result in blemishes and aging of the skin. Taking good care of your skin is essential to maintaining your youthful complexion and preventing skin cancer.

While daily skincare routines, such as washing your face, removing your makeup at night, using sunscreen, and moisturizing can help you maintain healthy skin, your skin could benefit from a physician-supervised regimen of prescription-strength skin care products.

This is why Clevens Face and Body Specialists offer cosmetic skin care treatments that rejuvenate and strengthen your skin with real results that create youthful, radiant skin.

Hand Lift

While skin care typically focuses on the face, other parts of the body also develop signs of aging. One of these areas is the hand, and aging of the hands can really give your age away.  The passage of time causes our hands to lose firmness and fullness, making them look fragile. Excessive sun exposure can also cause liver spots and blemishes on the hand.

The hand lift combines the use of fillers and laser skin resurfacing or IPL treatment with RADIESSE® and Artisan Skin Resurfacing to replenish volume on the back of the hands and correct pigmentation issues. RADIESSE® is particularly effective at increasing collagen and restoring volume while Artisan Laser Skin Resurfacing removes brown spots and other pigmentation concerns. Depending on the amount of sun damage, some patients may require more than one treatment. Results often last for years.
