Like so many patients this lovely woman underwent a breast augmentation 10 years ago. She feels like she has some symptoms of breast implant illness. But, she told me that she is at a point in her life where she no longer wanted the implants. I removed the implants and performed a total capsullectomy. As you can see she has lost some upper pole fullness but overall its a nice postoperative result.
