This young mom had significant asymmetry of her breasts following pregnancy and breast feeding. To correct this she underwent a superomedial pedicle, short scar breast reduction of the right breast and a superomedial pedicle, wise pattern (anchor) breast reduction of the left breast. Good symmetry was achieved and the patient was quite happy.
