This well build gentleman was frustrated that despite a vigorous abdominal work-out he continued to have weakness of the abdominal wall. An examination and CT scan revealed a significant separation of the muscles in the midline (rectus diastasis) and overall fascial laxity. Via an umbilical float approach the wall was repaired and significant improvement was obtained.
