This patient was a perfect candidate for an umbilical float tummy tuck with liposuction. I performed aggressive liposuction of the abdomen and removed 1.5 liters of fat. The umbilical float tummy tuck was performed and the belly button was moved lower about 2cm (less than 1 inch). What a fantastic result!!
