We miss you! And we can't wait to see you in our office again soon!

We are now accepting appointments for office visits and consultations starting Monday, April 27. We expect surgical procedures will resume on Friday, May 8.

We have been in full compliance with the governor’s mandates and the recommendations of the CDC and will do so moving forward to ensure the safety and health of our patients and our team.

As always, we are working hard to ensure your comfort and safety when you visit our offices, especially now. Following are our new protocols designed for your protection:

  • Enabling “Curbside Check-In” so patients can remain in their car until their appointment time, rather than visit our lobby.
  • Enforcing 6-foot social distancing measures and "one-way routes" throughout the office.
  • Using extra hand-sanitizing stations around the office.
  • Increasing the frequency and intensity of hand-washing and office cleaning.
  • Conducting advanced screenings to determine if patients or team members have traveled recently or are showing any fever or respiratory symptoms before coming to the office.

  • We are checking the temperature of patients and staff upon arrival to our offices daily.
  • Requiring that team members avoid non-urgent personal travel and follow the same protocols as patients when returning to the office.

  • Scheduling initial training and regular meetings with staff to share the best practices, workflow adjustments and protocols.
  • Providing free protective masks to patients and all team members.

If you have any questions, please call us at (321) 727-3223 or email info@drclevens.com.

We are excited to see you again in our office very soon. Take care, and be well!

Opening date: We miss you! Although our offices are temporarily closed in accordance with the Governor’s order, we encourage your calls during regular business hours to schedule your in-person consultation, virtual consultation, routine appointment or even to refill your Clevens Signature Skin Care. As of today, our Melbourne office remains open from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday. We are excited to reopen for cosmetic surgery, Botox, fillers, skin cancer care, eyelid and nasal surgery once this is safe for our team and our guests. We remain available 24/7 for existing patients on an emergency or urgent basis.

  • Virtual Consultations are available with any of our providers via Skype or FaceTime and can be scheduled at your convenience.

  • We are accepting and processing orders for medical-grade skin care. Now through April 30, 2020, you can save 20% and enjoy FREE shipping on Clevens’ Signature Skin Care Collection.

  • Our doctors and clinical team members continue to provide post-operative care to patients who have had cosmetic procedures or skin cancer care, with a preference for visits via “telemedicine” when feasible.

The health and safety of our patients and staff are always our top priority. We understand that COVID-19 is on everyone's mind right now, and we want to reassure you that we are committed to keeping our patients, community, and team safe.

Cleanliness and infection-control practices have always been part of our daily routine. Here are just a few ways we work hard to keep our offices safe:

  • Our lobby, restrooms, and treatment rooms are wiped down frequently throughout the day with medical-grade sanitizers and antibacterial agents.
  • Treatment rooms are sanitized with pharmaceutical-grade disinfectants following each treatment.
  • Hand sanitizer is also available throughout our office for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Our doctors and clinical team always clean their hands thoroughly before and after interactions with every patient.
  • We always practice universally accepted protocols for sanitizing and sterilizing instruments for every patient.
  • Our team members who are feeling unwell are required to stay home, for their safety and yours.

At this time, both our Melbourne and Merritt Island offices remain open for patient care during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. All scheduled surgeries and in-office procedures are proceeding as planned. Our team is closely monitoring updates from health officials and taking all extra precautions to safeguard the health of our patients, as always.

To help us with our efforts, we kindly ask that if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled internationally or been in the vicinity of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last few weeks, please reschedule your appointment.

Measures you can take to minimize your own risk of exposure include avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. If you have a cough, please cough into a tissue and thoroughly wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.

As details become available, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow the guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. If you have any questions, please call us at (321) 727-3223 or email info@drclevens.com.

Take care, and be well!
