As with many women childbirth can wreck havoc with the body. This lovely patient's abdomen had severe muscle separation and laxity as well as a bit of extra skin. A standard tummy tuck with muscle repair was performed. She achieved a very nice result and within the next six months the scar will fade to a fine, pale line.
