This lovely young lady lost 60lbs through diet and exercise. This resulted in excess skin of the abdomen and she had residual fat in the flanks. Via a standard tummy tuck and flank liposuction we achieved a very nice result. She has a very fair complexion so the scar will take a full year to fade to a thin white line.
