This patient underwent a subpectoral breast augmentation with saline implants over 10 years ago. She has not problems with the implants but simply wanted to change to silicone at a slightly larger volume. I removed 310cc saline implants and placed 400cc silicone gel implants. The larger implants give her a better fill of the upper poles.
