This mom had very "deflated" breasts due to childbirth and breast feeding. She also had very poorly defined inframammary folds. Her augmentation went well but she developed 1.5cm (about 1/2 inch) of bottoming out on each side. This is an easy fix that was done nine months after the initial surgery. She is quite happy with the result.
