This young woman achieved a nice augmentation with moderately large implants. She has broad shoulders and somewhat wider hips as well as a full buttocks and overall moderate frame. Patients with these features can carry larger implants and still achieve a proportionate look. Like many women she is slightly "crooked". In her case this is found at the hip level and is due to different leg lengths.
