This young lady was significantly distraught by her tubular breasts. To correct this I released the constricted lower poles (half) of the breasts by making radial cuts, like the spokes of a wheel, in the breast tissue. Then implants were placed under the pec. muscles. I think she obtained an excellent result and she is quite happy.
