This lovely young lady had an unfortunate complication after surgery. Her belly button necrosed or died. It's a very uncommon complication but can occur. But as you can see with time it healed and looks the same as if surgically created. I love her result and so does the patient. The liposuction of the posterior flanks really enhances the result.
