While many students are vacay-bound during Spring Break, some spend their week off in a way that may surprise you — getting a rhinoplasty. As a Harvard-trained facial plastic surgeon, I have been changing the profiles and lifting the self esteem of our community for more than 20 years, including helping students who opt to have this life-changing surgery over a school break.
